Workshops & Events
Learn Something. Create Something. Connect With Others.
Women's Health | Botanical Experiences | Girls & Teens | Mother & Daughter Workshops
I believe understanding our bodies, looking after our wellbeing and learning new skills should be accessible, enjoyable and something we can explore at every stage of life. That's why I've created a growing range of workshops at The Coastal Naturopath, bringing together women's health education, botanical creativity, meaningful conversations and practical experiences for women, girls and families. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, trying to understand your energy or sleep, curious about medicinal herbs, looking for a creative afternoon, or wanting to help your daughter feel more confident about growing up, there's something for you.
These Aren't Your Typical Sit-and-Listen Workshops!
I love making learning interactive, practical and enjoyable. Depending on the workshop, you might be:
Exploring women's health through games, activities and real-life examples.
Creating your own botanical skincare, herbal preparations or beautiful handmade gifts.
Experimenting with herbs, flowers and flavours at The Herbal Mocktail Bar.
Enjoying honest conversations about the things women don't always get the opportunity to discuss.
Learning alongside your daughter about puberty, periods, changing bodies and self-care.
Discovering practical ways to better understand and support your own health and wellbeing.
Some workshops are educational, some are creative, and others bring women together for conversations that matter.
What they all have in common is a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, small groups, opportunities to ask questions and experiences designed to be genuinely useful and enjoyable.
