The Coastal Apothecary grew from my belief that natural medicine should not only live in the clinic, it can become part of the way we care for ourselves every day.

As a Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist and Registered Nurse, I’ve always been drawn to the living nature of herbal medicine. Plants carry something that manufactured ingredients simply cannot replicate, their colour, aroma, natural compounds and the vitality of the plant itself.

That idea of vitality and life force is at the heart of why I created The Coastal Apothecary. Wherever possible, I want you to see, smell and experience the plant matter within the products, bringing a tangible connection to nature into your own home and daily rituals.

You’ll find small-batch balms, botanical rollers, herbal preparations and seasonal creations, thoughtfully made with purpose and with respect for the plants they come from.
