Created by a Women’s Health Practitioner
Hi, I’m Natalie, an Integrative Women’s Health Practitioner, Clinical Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist and Registered Nurse.
I created these resources to give women practical information and tools they can actually use in everyday life. They draw on my clinical background and the same areas I work with women on in practice, including hormones, perimenopause, sleep, energy, stress and whole-body health.
My aim is to make women’s health easier to understand, without turning looking after yourself into another full-time job.

Yes. You can use them digitally or print a copy for your own personal use.
-
Are these resources personalised to me?
No. The guides, trackers and toolkits provide general education and practical tools, but they aren’t a substitute for individual health advice. If you’d like support specific to your health, you can book a consultation with me. -
Not at all. The resources are available to anyone who feels they’d be useful.

Have a read through the description of each resource to see what it covers. If you’re dealing with several health concerns at once and aren’t sure where to start, a consultation may be more appropriate.
