Women’s Health, Done Differently

Integrative women’s health care that takes the time to work out what’s actually going on.

I’m Natalie, an Integrative Women’s Health Practitioner, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbalist and Registered Nurse.

I work with women experiencing hormonal and menstrual concerns, perimenopause and menopause, persistent fatigue, thyroid concerns, poor sleep, digestive issues, stress, weight and metabolic changes, and autoimmune conditions particularly when symptoms overlap or the answers haven’t been straightforward.

My approach combines clinical assessment, pathology, evidence-informed natural medicine and more than 25 years of healthcare experience to investigate what may be driving your symptoms, how different systems may be influencing one another, and where support or further investigation may be needed.

Rather than simply matching a symptom with a supplement or herb, I look at the whole picture: your health history, symptoms, pathology, medications, nutrition, lifestyle, hormonal stage and the changes you’ve noticed in your own body.

Hormones & Women’s Health

Support for women experiencing PMS and PMDD, PCOS, irregular or painful periods, perimenopause and menopause, hormonal acne, changing moods, hot flushes, brain fog, changes in libido and postnatal depletion.

Whether your periods have always been difficult or your body suddenly feels different in your 40s, we can look at what may be contributing and where support may help.

Energy, Thyroid, Stress & Sleep

For persistent fatigue, low energy, thyroid concerns, burnout, chronic stress, poor sleep, waking through the night, brain fog and feeling tired but wired.

Rather than assuming tiredness is simply part of being busy, we look at sleep, stress, nutrition, hormones, thyroid health and other factors that may be affecting your energy.

Gut, Metabolic & Whole-Body Health

support for IBS and digestive issues, bloating, constipation or diarrhoea, blood-sugar dysregulation, insulin resistance, metabolic health, weight changes and nutritional deficiencies, as well as women managing more complex or overlapping health concerns.

Digestive and metabolic health can affect far more than your gut, so we look at your symptoms alongside your diet, lifestyle and wider health picture.

Complex & Chronic Women’s Health

For women living with or investigating fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, recurrent illness and other persistent or unexplained symptoms, particularly when there isn't just one thing going on.

When you've got several symptoms or diagnoses happening at once, there's value in slowing things down and looking at how the pieces may fit together.

Ways to Work With Me

You may need a comprehensive look at your health, support with one particular concern, or ongoing care over several months. Choose the option that best fits where you're at right now.

Comprehensive Naturopathic Consultations

For new or existing clients who want an in-depth assessment of their health and an individual treatment plan.

Initial Consultation - 60 minutes | $165
Your starting point. We take a detailed look at your current health concerns, health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress, medications and supplements, and relevant pathology to understand the bigger picture and develop your personalised plan.

Follow-Up Consultation - 45 minutes | $125
Usually booked for your first 1–2 follow-ups, giving us enough time to review how you're progressing, discuss any results or changes, work through ongoing concerns and adjust your treatment plan.

Review Consultation - 30 minutes | $80
For established clients who are progressing well and need a shorter check-in to review their plan, make adjustments and decide on the next steps.

Focus Sessions - 30 minutes | $80

Sometimes you don’t need a full consultation, you just want some guidance on one particular area of your health.

Focus Sessions are short, targeted appointments where we concentrate on one main concern and give you practical, personalised steps you can start putting into place. Choose from:

Hormone Health Check: For PMS, cycle changes, hormonal symptoms or questions about your hormone health.

Perimenopause Check-In: For changing periods, hot flushes, sleep changes, mood, brain fog, weight changes or wondering “Could this be perimenopause?”

Thyroid & Energy: For low energy, fatigue, thyroid concerns or wanting to better understand your thyroid health.

Stress & Burnout: For feeling overwhelmed, depleted, wired-but-tired or like you've been running on empty for too long.

Sleep Reset: For difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night or waking up feeling like you haven't slept at all.

Gut Health: For bloating, bowel changes, digestive discomfort or wanting some direction with your gut health.

Focus Sessions are designed to address one specific area and don't replace a comprehensive naturopathic assessment. If there are several health concerns you'd like to explore, an Initial Consultation will give us the time to look at the bigger picture.

Nourish & Renew Program

12-Week Personalised Women’s Health Program

For women who want more ongoing support than individual appointments can provide.

Over 12 weeks, we have the time to look more deeply at what’s going on, introduce changes gradually, review how you're responding and adjust your plan along the way.

Nourish & Renew may be suited to women dealing with several overlapping concerns such as hormonal changes, fatigue, stress, sleep, digestive or metabolic health, and who would benefit from continuity of care rather than trying to address everything in one appointment.

What to Expect

Healthcare should feel thorough, but it shouldn’t feel overwhelming.

Your first consultation gives us time to look beyond the symptom that brought you in and understand what else may be contributing.

1. We Start With Your Story: We’ll talk through what’s been happening, your health history, current symptoms, medications and supplements, nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle and anything else that may be relevant.

2. We Look at the Bigger Picture: Rather than looking at each symptom in isolation, I look for patterns and connections across your health. We can also review relevant pathology and discuss whether further investigation with your GP or another healthcare professional may be appropriate.

3. You Leave With a Plan: Your recommendations are personalised to you and may include nutrition, herbal medicine, energy medicine, nutritional supplements and practical changes around sleep, movement, stress and lifestyle.

4. We Review & Adjust: At follow-up and review appointments, we look at what's changed, what's working and what may need adjusting. Your plan can evolve as your health does.

You don’t need to have it all figured out before you come in.

Bring your symptoms, your questions and any recent pathology you have. We’ll work through the rest together.

Your Health Doesn’t Exist in Separate Boxes

Women’s health can be complex. Hormones, sleep, stress, nutrition, digestion, metabolic health and other factors can overlap, which is why I don’t look at one symptom in isolation.

My approach combines naturopathic and nutritional care with my clinical background as a Registered Nurse. Where appropriate, I can review relevant pathology and work alongside the care you receive from your GP, specialist or other healthcare professionals.

It’s not about choosing natural medicine instead of conventional healthcare. It’s about looking at the whole picture and using the right support, in the right place.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know what’s causing my symptoms before I book?
Not at all. Many women come in because they know something doesn’t feel right, but they’re not sure why. Part of our work together is looking at your symptoms, history and overall health picture to identify areas that may need further attention.

What should I bring to my first consultation?
If you have recent blood tests, pathology reports or other relevant health information, bring them along. It’s also helpful to have a list of any medications, herbs or supplements you’re currently taking.

Can I see you if I’m already working with a GP or specialist?
Absolutely. Naturopathic care can work alongside conventional healthcare. I encourage you to continue appropriate medical care and, where needed, I may suggest discussing further investigation or treatment with your GP or specialist.

Will I need to take lots of supplements or herbs?
No. Recommendations depend on you. Your plan may include nutrition, lifestyle changes, herbal medicine, energy medicine, or nutritional supplements, but I don’t believe in adding products simply for the sake of giving you something to take.

What's the difference between a Focus Session and an Initial Consultation?
A Focus Session is a 30-minute appointment for one specific area, such as sleep, perimenopause, or energy. If you have several symptoms, a longer health history or multiple concerns you'd like to explore, an Initial Consultation gives us the time to look at the bigger picture.

How many appointments will I need?
There isn't a set number that suits everyone. Some women need relatively short-term support, while more complex or longstanding concerns may benefit from ongoing care. We'll discuss what makes sense for you rather than locking you into unnecessary appointments.

Ready to Get Started?

You don’t need to know exactly what’s going on or which part of your health to tackle first.

If you’re dealing with hormone changes, fatigue, poor sleep, stress, digestive concerns or several things happening at once, we can start by looking at the bigger picture together.
